John F. Castillo
John F. Castillo is the lead Jiu-jitsu instructor for Castillo Jiu-jitsu of Wichita Kansas. He is considered the best Jiu-jitsu instructor in Wichita Kansas, and is well reknown throughout the United States. His excellent teaching ability and attention to detail make his advanced students some of the most technical in Wichita.
Having trained under instructors like Robert Epperson, Romero "Jacare" Calvalcanti, Ralph Gracie, Pedro Sauer and students from their schools, you can be guaranteed any belt he awards is one that has been earned and not just given.
He has also attended clinics taught by Rickson Gracie, Carlos Machado, Rigan Machado, John Machado, Harlodo Bunn, Allen Hopkins and currently holds a black belt under Renato Tavares and is the official representative for the Renato Tavares Association here in Wichita Kansas, Renato Tavares being a thoroughbred black belt under Carlson Gracie Sr.
He is also ranked in the Israeli systems of Lotar, Commando Krav Maga and is the lead instructor for Kapap in this area under Avi Nardia. He was the first person in the United States to hold an instructorship under both Moni Aizik and Avi Nardia at the same time.
He has been sought out for training by law enforcement and military personell, and has even been hired for bodyguarding overseas. There is no one else in this area except Wichita's Godfather of martial arts, Roger Carpenter, who holds such standing.

Loren Johnson
This is Loren Johnson, Loren has been with me since 2002. He is 185 Lb's and is a Purple Belt under Dan "Montana" Delima (Black Belt) since May 05. Loren has background in Folk style wrestling that stretches for over 20 years, as a competitor and a coach. His instructional ability never seizes to amaze me, I am always learning something new from Loren. Anyone who comes to Castillo Jiu-jitsu and trains with Loren gets a thorough knowledge of throws and takedowns, that I am sure surpasses any other school in Wichita. And when Loren combines his wrestling with Jiu-jitsu, LOOK OUT, it is a winning combination.
